The Divorce Doula provides compassionate, practical support for men and women navigating the overwhelming process of separation and divorce. Having been through a high-conflict divorce myself, I offer a unique, empathetic presence that combines emotional guidance with logistical support—from preparing for tough conversations and creating space to process emotions, to helping build a trusted team of legal, financial, real estate, home, and wellness professionals. I’m a consistent source of support my clients can rely on throughout their journey—someone who shows up, listens without judgment, and walks beside them through every stage. My mission is to be the steady, knowledgeable ally every person deserves during this life transition—so they feel supported, empowered, and never alone in the process.
